First of all we would like to explain you that we have two options for sending Attachments
- Send as Link (Max 10MB)
- Send as Attachment (Max 2MB)
We highly recommend opting in for the First option of sending your attachment as Link in your email content.
It is not advisable to use the second option of sending your file as attachment when you are using and sending Emails in Bulk. You can check the reasons here.
About the Charges/Pricing
- We don’t charge additional for the 1st option.
- However for the 2nd Option of sending files as Normal Attachment you will be charged 1 Email credit per attachment per Email. E.g. if you are sending 2 Attachments to 10000 email subscribers then you will be charged 10000 Email credits for Email and 2x10000= 20000 email credits for Email Attachment, i.e. for the complete campaign 30000 email credits will be deducted.
