About the Price Per Email plan

If you are going to select unlimited contact plan or you have dont know about the contacts limit, then these plan is for you.In Price Per Email plan we have various type of option are available, which are Basic, Essential, Premium, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus. These plans comes with diffrent validity and price, The Basic Plan is for one month, Essential plan is for 3 month, Premium plan is for 6 month, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans are for 1 year.

Can we use unlimited contacts?

Yes, There is no any limit of contacts. You can upload unlimited contacts and send email according to the selected plan. Credit will be cut on your sending email basis.

How can I Upgrade or Downgrade the plan?

You may be thinking of upgrading your account in order to be able to store more contacts or to be able to Increase your Email Sending Limits. You can upgrade your account any time you wish just by selecting the appropriate upgrade Plan and paying the difference amount of your current plan and the upgraded plan. As soon as you make the difference payment your account gets upgraded with the selected plan and you can store more contacts and also send more emails as per your new plan. You can Upgrade or Downgrade any time but when you will upgrade the plan , you cuurent pack will be refresh. it will be contain and credit will not be added on your latest package.

Can I temporary pause my Billing?

No, In these plans you will not pased your billing. it wil be over when the last date of validity.

Can I store duplicate contacts?

You cannot store duplicate contacts in the same group, but the same contact can be stored in different groups. In case of duplicate contacts in two different groups we will count it separately towards your contact count. We recommend using Tags instead of different groups to better manage your contacts. Any duplicate Email address will get automatically deleted at the time of addition.
