As we discourage sending Email attachment, but we understand that attachment is a feature which is required by most of the clients using a bulk email service.

So as an alternative we recommend clients to use our “Send as Link Attachment” feature where in you can send files up to 10MB. This Link is attached in your email HTML Content and the disadvantages of Sending Attachments are handled in this feature.

Following are the benefits of using “Send as Link Attachment”

1. You can send larger files

As this feature hosts the file on our server and includes only the link in the email content, it has minimal impact on the overall content size. So we allow larger files, up to 10 MB, to be sent to the subscribers.

2. Sending speed of email campaigns is not affected

Email campaign size is not impacted, and thus the overall campaign size remains manageable. This prevents any delays in delivery speed, which would otherwise be a concern with large attachments.

3. Reputation is not impacted

Since the file is not sent as a traditional attachment, the spam filter does not flag it as such. This helps maintain a good reputation with email services and reduces the risk of being marked as spam.

4. Tracking is possible of people who have clicked the link of the attachment

Because the file is linked within the email, our link tracking feature can record the number of clicks, giving you detailed analytics on user engagement and allowing you to optimize your campaigns.

5. Most Important: This feature does not impact your email sending cost

This feature is completely free compared to sending files as email attachments. No additional costs are incurred for including the link, helping you save money on your email campaigns.

6. Increases the chance of your email being opened and read

With a more streamlined email design and no large attachments that might cause delivery issues, recipients are more likely to open and engage with your email, increasing the chances of your message being seen and acted upon.
